Concern Home Care Inc. was founded in 2005 and is dedicated to Senior Home Care, providing professional, comprehensive quality care, to our clients 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. We strive to maintain our clients' independence, dignity and self esteem, while supplying them with support and needed care.

 

We aim to continue to educate and support both clients and employees in an exemplary manner such that together we may reduce the risk of injury, enhance recovery and promote the return to activity. Our Staff will work with you, your Family and your Physician to develope an individualized plan of care to fit your needs.

Our Caregivers

 

Our Agency staff is comprised of highly qualified Nurses and Paraprofessional home care workers. Our Home Health Aides and Personal Care Aides have been trained in programs approved by Georgia State Department of Health. To ensure that our staff maintains their skills, Concern Home Care provides competency testing annually as well as providing ongoing inservice education programs and on-the-job training.Our nurses are available after office hours, weekends and holidays by calling our telephone number.

 

Concern Home Care conducts a rigorous screening of all applicants at the time of hiring to ensure that you receive the finest home care services available. The agency obtains references as well as verification of credentials and competency testing.
